Shipping Policy
1. Digital Product Delivery
- All digital services and platforms (e.g., websites, apps, ERP systems, SaaS products) are delivered
electronically.
- Delivery is made via:
- Secure dashboard access
- Staging links or hosting credentials
- Email or client portal (if applicable)
- Delivery timelines are based on project scope and are communicated during onboarding.
- No shipping charges apply to digital products.
2. Physical Product Delivery (if applicable)
- For any physical items (e.g., printed brochures, branded merchandise, hardware integrations),
shipping is available within Pakistan and select international regions.
- Shipping charges vary based on location, weight, and courier service.
- Estimated delivery time: 3 to 10 business days within Pakistan; 7 to 21 business days
internationally.
- Tracking information is provided once the item is dispatched.
3. Shipping Partners
- We work with trusted logistics providers including TCS, Leopards, DHL, and others depending on
region and urgency.
- Clients may request express delivery at additional cost.
4. Address Verification
- Clients must provide a valid and complete shipping address.
- Utility bill or government-issued ID may be required for address verification.
5. Shipping Issues & Claims
- If a shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged:
- Clients must report the issue within 48 hours of expected delivery.
